We have just purchased the Accura full MIS package from DDS with in-house job bag processing and invoice management and Client Database systems. What sold it for us was the unlimited licencing on their online an stock control modules.
Where most of the competitors independent from the inhouse MIS or not charge by the licence on an annual basis. Once we installed the necessary IT (Servers) in house the world has become more streamlined for us.
So far the online tools seem to do the job fluidly and efficiently, the only downside would be the ability to manipulate artwork online buy the purchaser, but with a simple proofing process that hasnt caused a problem and a solution to be added in the next update maximum of 6 months im told.
